CJ3 on 3C's

It's CJ time again on Charmed Cards and Crafts forum. Here is the front cover on my CJ. Papers are K & Co Wild Saffron. Die cut alphabet is Tootsie in complimentary colours and I've added los of bling to the butterflies and flowers.

I'd love to show you what my Lo was inside .... but..... I can't find any pics anywhere. I'm so sure I took them though. Oh well when it comes home I'll post it. Can't show you any of the LO's in the other CJ's wither (or they'll be getting a glimpse way before time and I can't have that now. lol)

Card challenge entry

Karen has set a challenge on the Craft Diner forum this month and here is my entry for it. The challenge was simply to use fibres on your card. Well having never used fibres on a card I racked my brains. In the end I came up with the idea of using eyelets in the corner of the card holding this beautiful glittery Mira paper (wish you could see the glitter) and adding the fibres to show the butterflies flying. I really like this cad even though it is very simple. The colours of teh Mira papers are gorgeous. I really must get on and use some more of them. Lol.

Sketch challenge 3

This is my card for the latest card sketch challenge (4) on 3C's forum. Strange thing about my card is that it looks like it's a lemon card but it's cream actually. It only looks like this on the photo but not in real life. Weird!!!

Tilda (at last)

Took me ages to find where I had stored this image on the pc. Then I remembered it was my entry for the sketch challenge 3 on Charmed Cards and Crafts. So here is my first attempt at a Tilda card.

I stamped both the bench and Tilda (seperately) and cut them out before mounting them on my base card. Went a bit mad after this card and stamped loads of images to colour in. Coloured them in in a variety of ways but haven't had the time to do anything with them so far. Oh well they are ready whenever I need a card at least.

Oh dear

I am still here, honest. I have things to show, but (or is that BUT), not on my laptop and my DH is on the pc so I can't do anything tonight. I can tell you that I have a new love, Magnolia stamps. I have 5 now, 4 Tilda's and a bench . Don't laugh, the benches are gold dust a friend informed me.

My fave stashshop is about to get some in very soon. Not telling you who that is for now so you can't get the stamps I want. Lol. Once I have mine I'll shout it to the world and you can go and buy some from that store. Then you can have fun too. If you have no idea what I am talking about stay tuned and I will put my first attempt at a card with the delightfully cute Tilda on here.
